Question 5

What happens if I miss my connection at BUR?

Accepted Answer

If both flights are on the same ticket, the airline must rebook you on the next available flight at no extra charge. If you booked separate tickets, you're responsible for rebooking costs. At BUR, if you miss your connection due to an airline delay, ask the gate agent about rebooking and meal vouchers. If the airline caused the missed connection and it results in an overnight stay, request hotel accommodation.
